I really like pink and blue together. It’s a colour combination that I revive every summer, if not even all year round depending on my mood. There’s just something fun about the contrasting mix that I really love. But stripes are kinda new to me. While I’ve always owned stripes I’ve never really worn them.
Although this top is actually on loan from my mom who wanted to donate to the blog cause. At first I wasn’t sure I was going to use it, but to be honest my love for the side slit far outweighed my disdain for stripes. In the end I liked the nautical look so much that I went out and purchased a few striped accessories (anchor tote bag and hat). So I’ve become one with the stripe now. How about you, are there any trends you weren’t that into at first that ended up growing on you?

What a sweet color mix. Pinks and blues are really pretty together – I can see why you like the combo. As for a trend I didn't like at first, I'd say pencil skirts! Haha, I don't know why but I always thought they would require me to walk like a proper lady. Nowadays, I just wear them casually while walking like whatever lol. 😀
