No word of a lie, I used to rock fishnets under bottoms with stilettos back in the day when it was such a foreign concept that I’d get sarcastic remarks like ‘are you wearing those underneath your pants for warmth?’  While I clearly wasn’t wearing hosiery with holes under my jeans for warmth, I enjoyed the subtle hint of fishnet that peeked through from below the hem of the pant with a nice stiletto. Although I must admit this trend does look a lot more edgier when worn with ripped jeans.

Furthermore, ripped jeans with fishnets is truly a look that no rocker babe can pass up. As such worn here with one of my favourite Iron Maiden band tees, a biker jacket, and leopard stilettos. As well, ripped jeans with fishnets can also be styled with sneakers to create a cute edgy look. However, personally I prefer to style ripped jeans with fishnets with an ultra feminine stiletto pump. It creates a rocker chic look that I cannot seem to pass up.

How do you feel about this trend? Are you wearing ripped jeans with fishnets? Would love to hear what you think.

Jeans, DIY on an old pair of Buffalo jeans. Top, c/o Romwe. Purse, Rebecca Minkoff. Heels, Aldo. Bracelet c/o Pinkstix. Sunnies, Lulus.

Been really enjoying the front lace up trend lately and especially on this top. At first glance upon receiving the top it did appear quite sheer and I was concerned that it might be see through on, but the sheer fabric does give adequate coverage. I like the front pockets and loving the way this style looks with ripped denim paired with a feminine styled stiletto (leopard) heel.

Have a great week!

From sometime last week because I am a little behind on life right now. Not usually a fan of large bags, however I am little smitten over this one I picked up from Winners the other day. The goal was to find a bag that I could stow my laptop in. Found this Kenneth Cole Reaction one and sizewise it met the requirements. However it has grown on me enough to want to wear it every day – even when not toting around the laptop.

Have a beautiful and blessed day!
